Is Saddam Hussein Alive and Well in Highland, California?

You be the judge!  This photo was taken while my wife and I visited a local casino (our first visit).  This guy was on our bus from the parking lot together and we kept remarking on how much he looked like the former leader of Iraq.  We finally decided to take a picture with our camera phone.  The above is about the 6th attempt to get a photo of him without drawing any attention.  IF it is the previous leader of Iraq, he is currently living in Highland, CA, and playing on a slot machine at the San Manuel Indian Casino.  Side note:  he did smoke an awful lot...
